In Coptic Cairo: Go down a little alley, make a left into a smaller alley, then right, then left, then right, then right again, walk a bit, then turn the corner, and you'll see this guy and his dog selling their souvenir Coptic crosses. I'm not sure how much foot traffic he gets, but he's got the inventory.
